Christmas fudge covered oreos
The couple weeks before Christmas I made lots of fudge covered oreos, over 400, they are really yummy! And a great gift for any time of year! As a matter of fact, I am working on some right now. Updating the blog as some set :)

Fourth of July Cupcakes
I had seem a few pinwheel cupcakes lately, and decided to try my hand at
them. Jack wasn't feeling so good, so we ended up staying at home for
the 4th, so I only made a few cupcakes. Buttermilk cupcakes, vanilla/almond butter milk

Easter petal cake

I was really happy with the last petal cake I did, so I decided to make another one for Easter. This time I decided to use multiple colors of icing, I didn't think about how much more time it would take, but I am really happy with how it turned out. The flower is gumpaste, brushed with bronze pearl dust, and orange color dust.
The cake it self was made with a Wilton fill pan, so there is basically just as much filling as their is cake! Buttermilk cake, with dolce de leite creme filling, caramel/vanilla butter cream icing.
Happy Easter Everyone!

Lena's birthday
I enjoy making cookie pops! This time we decided to go with fondant instead of royal icing.
These would be fun for valentines! I may end up making some if my other idea for valentines doesn't work out.

Pointsettias cake
Thanksgiving cake and cookies

I really enjoy making cookies. I love getting to decorate them and have done tons of them in the past year. This one was a fun cookie for thanksgiving. The body is color flow icing and the rest if butter cream.

I had seen a similar cake online and wanted to try it out for thanksgiving. The feathers are made of fondant and the turkey is made of chocolate icing. The rest is all butter cream icing.
