Strawberry ruffle cake

Strawberry mousse cake apadted from this month's Southern Living. this cake is 6 inches tall and round! I picked the strawberries yesterday @ Oakley Farm :)This was my first time playing with ruffles, I am usually not a fan of pink or girly things, like ruffles. But the strawberries made for too pretty of an icing color. Next time I won't go with an all butter icing recipe as it got too warm, too quickly, but was still fun to do.
