I had the amazing honor to make Karen and Mike's wedding cake! This is the biggest cake I have done so far and my first time working with chocolate fondant. Chocolate fondant tastes yummy, but it's a pain in the butt to work with. This cake was tons of fun to make!Tuesday, October 27, 2009

And you did such an amazing job! I keep telling Mike how much I loved our wedding cake and commenting about how good it tasted. So much that I'm trying to hold back from breaking into the rest before our one year anniversary! :)
